How to save Apple a1322 laptop battery power

Apple MacBook Pro 13 MB990LL/A laptop have rechargable Lithim Ion battery that lose battery capacity as they age but with good care, the battery may last for 2 to 3 years or even longer. Today BattShop notebook battery experts share the tricks to squeeze the most out of the Apple a1322 battery power.

Tricks to stretch your Apple a1322 laptop battery life

1. Turn off or unplug devices that you aren’t using. Many USB devices use your PC’s power just by being connected, so you might want to unplug these devices when you’re not using them. If you use a USB mouse, you can save power by replacing it with a touchpad or tablet pen.

2. Do not leave your Apple Macbook in the car on a hot afternoon as prolonged exposure to temperatures higher than 35°C can permanently damage the capacity of your laptop’s battery.

3. Choose a laptop battery power plan that saves power. Windows 8.1 has two such default plans—Balanced and Power saver. Open up your laptop’s power saving settings (Control Panel >> Hardware and Sound >> Power Options for Windows users, System Preferences >> Power Saver on an Apple laptop) to make changes.

4. Turn off Macbook cards and integrated wireless devices. These devices also use Apple a1278 battery power, so turn them off if you don’t need them.

5. Avoid deep discharge meaning you should not continue using the Macbook until the battery drains down to 10% or below. The optimal charge level for Li-Ion batteries is suggested between 40% and 70% and, if possible, charge your Apple laptop in short bursts multiple times a day.
